Asterix: Caesar's Challenge PC CD 1/9/96

After Dr Dragon's Mantrap-Case, this is the second board game-type sarson we've done recently.

But it's better, because it looks better and is better fun.

Listen: playing as one of six characters from Asterix to Bazooka Joe (Obelix), you participate in a number of sub-games corresponding to the squares you land on.

Asterix: Caesar's Challenge is only worth considering if you have many small people near you.

The games ae enjoyable enough: simple platform challenges, Simon-type music stuff, ancient history trivia quizzes - but there's not enough variety to sustain interest for big men.

That said, the graphics are neatly Gaullist, the voices are only slighhtly American and it runs off the CD on a 386 with 2Mb RAM.
