Bakery's deceit is unpalatable
It's hard to believe the nerve of some people. We want to buy something healthy to eat, and they want to profiteer at our expense.
Exterminator's fuel surcharge not in contract
Q: I entered into a contract with an exterminating company to spray my home every month for pest control. In the contract, it states that I will be billed $50 every month for this service. During the past four months, the exterminator added a $1 fuel surcharge to the bill.
