"Not really citrusy at all, but a scent with a crisp, clean freshness running through the length of the fragrance. It reminds me initially of mountain air. It's an energizing fragrance with berries, spices, and a base that includes woody and ambery notes. DON'T confuse this with ANY "Tommy" scent. It has it's own personality and is VERY comfortable to wear. A totally different animal than the "Competition" fragrance released back in '97. You'll be glad you got this fragrance. Oh, and the after shave balm is wonderful!"

"The new Nautica Competition just arrived in stores here in Canada.
It smells like the discontinued Athletics by Tommy Hilfiger, it even has the same yellow/black colour scheme on the box and bottle. That being said it is a very nice fresh citrusy scent. And bottle looks like a cool slightly rubbery water bottle. It isn't long lasting but would be nice for a nice summer day."
