Some of our best thinking takes place in the outdoors. The idea for Wilderness Dining germinated at the top of Mount Whitney on an early summer day. Our purpose is to meet the food needs of all backcountry travelers -- from Boy Scouts to Polar Explorers! Specialty backpacking meals have come a long way since their introduction in the '70s.
