A new movie of Commandos Strike Force is now available for download, offering one minute and a half of in-game footage from the next installment in Commandos series developed by Pyro Studio - the image quality is quite poor. Unveiled in June this year (story), Commandos Strike Force features three different Commandos characters with different gameplay styles, three linked campaigns (Norway, Russia and France), open maps allowing objectives to be achieved in many different ways, a variety of multiplayer modes up to 8 players and more. Commandos Strike Force will be released worldwide this spring, for the PS2, Xbox and PC.
SWAT 4 Gone Gold

Vivendi Universal Games informed us that SWAT 4, the sequel to 2000's Best Tactical/Shooter Game of the Year, has been approved for manufacturing and will ship will be shipping April 5th in North America (worldwide one week later). SWAT 4 allows players to take control of a squad of up to five police officers tasked with performing dangerous operations such as high-risk arrests, hostage rescue and counter-terrorism. As the unit's commander, players must follow authentic police tactics as they breach and clear a concrete jungle filled with armed felons and innocent bystanders alike. Universal Boxing Manager Goes 3D

Winter Wolves Studio announced that they have started to implement 3D boxers in their sports manager simulation Universal Soccer Manager. The fight itself still uses pre-rendered graphics, but the full 3D fight is expected very soon. The engine also takes into account the height of the boxer, so you'll able to see short and tall boxers according to their stats. Universal Boxing Manager can be purchased from the official website.

A new patch for Psychotoxic: Gateway to Hell, the FPS developed by NuclearVision Entertainment and powered by Vulpine Vision Graphics Engine, is now available for download - the update is for the US CD-version; it deals with an issue with the weapons pick up in the dream levels and fixes some other minor bugs. The DVD will feature additional characters, and specially crafted movies, with full sub-titles in French, German, Italian and Spanish. It will also contain behind-the-scenes interviews, films and artwork, which will offer an insight into the development of the game (press 'read more' for details). Bethesda Softworks has updated the official The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion website with three new screenshots (inserted in our gallery), showing a forest, a troll, and a nordic town. As well as in Morrowind, players will have the option to experience the main quest at their own pace, and there will be plenty of opportunities to explore the vast world and make their own way. Numerous factions can be joined, such as the thieves or mages guilds, and each contains its own complete storyline and the chance to rise to the head of the faction and reap further rewards. Due to the new AI system, called Radiant AI, the NPCs will have the ability to make their own choices based on the world around them. They will decide where to eat, who to talk, what to say - they will also sleep, go to church, and even steal items, all based on their individual characteristics. They will have full facial animations and lip-synching, and full speech for all dialogs.

Miraculously, she survives and is rescued and adopted into a clan where she obtains complete mastery of her unique weapon, the wire. Kurenai has pledged her undying loyalty to her new family. She now lives to avenge her fathers death and will go to any means necessary to destroy the Black Lizard Clan. The PC version Project Snowblind, the game developed by Crystal Dynamics and already available for PS2 and Xbox, has shipped to the stores across North America, Eidos announced. The action of the game takes place in an Asian communist country where a civil war is taking place. The player must control a squad of NPCs or drive vehicles through 11 missions and 16 big levels. Project Snowblind offers a wide arsenal of weapons, the use of Biomods for customizing the soldiers and a multiplayer of up to 16 players.

Majesco sent out a press release announcing that two new titles for the Nintendo DS, Texas Hold ‘Em Poker and ATV: Quad Frenzy, will be released later this year. In Texas Hold ‘Em Poker, players compete in a limit or no limit Quick Game mode versus 10 computer players or in the Tournament Mode against up to five friends via Wi-Fi multiplayer support. On the other hand, ATV: Quad Frenzy features Wi-Fi multiplayer, high-speed racing, and 40 different tracks.

Our Vivisector: Beast Inside gallery has been updated with three screenshots showing a new monster from this upcoming 3D action/horror game in the works at Action Forms. The world of Vivisector consists of a more than sixteen huge levels, logically put together to form an integral island - the game uses a bird's-eye Map view and special waypoints to keep players from getting lost. Activision sent us new screenshots from the Xbox, PS2, GC, DS, GBA and PC versions of Madagascar, a game that lets players enter the world of four Central Park Zoo animals: a lion, a zebra, a giraffe and a hippo. Players must master each animal's natural skills while adventuring through the exciting city of New York and the dangerous island of Madagascar, interacting with other animals and tackling obstacles and enemies in scenarios from the movie and beyond.
