Vivendi Universal Games has released a new movie of 50 Cent: Bulletproof showcasing this game starring hip-hop superstar 50 Cent. In this game, 50 Cent gets caught in a web of corruption, double-crosses and shady deals that lead him on a bloody path through New York's drug underworld. Working with the unlikeliest of allies, the streets heat up as 50 Cent takes on the most dangerous crime families in the city, uncovering an international conspiracy with devastating implications. Delta Force: Extreme, the game previously known as Delta Force One: Next Gen, has gone gold and will hit stores in the US on April 21st, 2005 for $19.99, Novalogic announced. Delta Force: Extreme uses a specially optimised engine including a complete graphics overhaul, new renders, particle effects weather effects, as well as new content in the form of missions and online features, 20 co-op missions, online stat tracking and improved anti-cheat measures. A single player demo for the new game is scheduled to be released in the coming weeks.

Also, a playable demo of XTM2 has been added in our download area, allowing you to try out this arcade shooter which offers more than 80 levels in 4 different environments, loaded with hordes of enemy tanks. There are 5 different tanks at your disposal. Each has a primary weapon with unlimited ammunition that can be used for standard and plunging fire, and a special weapon (like Minigun or Rockets). A playable demo of Paradoxion is now locally mirrored, giving you the chance to try out this logic game. For each level you must clear the board of all elements (like Orbs and Gems) using inventory contents. Elements need to be arranged in standard combinations to be eliminated, for example, Orbs need to be arranged in lines. When combination blasts, nearby elements can be shifted by the blast. Buena Vista Games announced today the development of new video game titles based on the Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Man's Chest film, scheduled for release in Summer 2006. The game will be released for Sony PSP and Nintendo DS in conjunction with the movie launch. The handheld titles are being developed by Seattle-based Amaze Entertainment and Griptonite Games. Our Vivisector: Beast Inside gallery has been updated with three screenshots showing a new monster from this upcoming 3D action/horror game in the works at Action Forms. The world of Vivisector consists of a more than sixteen huge levels, logically put together to form an integral island - the game uses a bird's-eye Map view and special waypoints to keep players from getting lost. You will have to fight your way through lush tropical jungles, deep woods and snowy mountains, against bizarre never-before-seen enemies, called ModBeasts and Humanimals, each with unique abilities, tactics and firepower. Vivisector: Beast Inside will be launched in Europe by Pointsoft Interactive in Q2 2005.

The German development studio and publisher Bad Brain Entertainment announced they will no longer co-develop with Autumn Moon Entertainment the upcoming classic point and click adventure A Vampyre Story. End of last year Bad Brain Entertainment came up to support the point and click adventure with great graphical appeal, but due to different strategic opinions about the alignment the negotiations now came to an end.

Midway Games Inc. today announced that Unreal Championships 2: The Liandri Conflict, the game developed by Epic Games, has shipped to the stores, exclusively for Xbox. In the single player campaign, players will fight their way through new cities and arenas as they take on the role of Anubis in his attempt to retake his peoples Nakhti Rite of Ascension Tournament from the machinations of the omnipresent Liandri Corporation. In the single player tournament, gamers will fight through a tournament ladder as one of the many unlockable characters in the game. Each Unreal character will use their own personalized arsenal of jumping, flipping and spinning moves to help players make full use of the new environments. Unique Adrenaline combo-powers supercharge the strength and deadliness of character attacks and defenses, while cranking up character speed and mobility to superhuman levels. Unreal Championship 2: The Liandri Conflict also offers players the chance to fight head-to-head in eight player tournaments over Xbox Live or System Link.

Omni Interactive Audio today unveiled they have signed a long-term deal to create and integrate all the sound effects for future chapters of Guild Wars, the new online role playing game developed by ArenaNet and published by NCSoft. In addition to creating and implementing all the sound effects for Guild Wars, their credits include Halo 2 (cinematics), NHL Rivals, Men Of Valor, and The Sims 2. Guild Wars will be available at retail in North America and Europe on April 28, 2005.

THQ today announced support for Microsoft's Xbox 2. Internal studios Relic Entertainment and Volition are leading the company's efforts by developing new, exclusive content for the new system. Jack Sorensen, executive vice president of worldwide studios, said that Xbox 2 "will enable a level of realism never before experienced by gamers". There's not so much time to wait until Microsoft will finally unveil their next gen console, so I'll remember you now that Xbox 2 will be the star of a half-hour show hosted by Elijah Wood and aired Thursday, 12th May, at 9:30 p.m. EDT in North America and on Friday, 13th May in other regions around the globe.

Activision and the Jeep brand announced that Anne Wunsch of Wausau, Wisconsin is the lucky winner of the Tony Hawks Underground 2 Jeep Rail Rated Sweepstakes. The 33 year-old, customer service supervisor for the Wisconsin Physician Service (WPS), won a brand new 2005 Jeep Liberty Renegade through a random drawing, which was held on March 15. Electronic Arts has released a patch for NASCAR SimRacing, the racing game developed by EA Tiburon, shipped to the retail stores a month ago for an MSRP of $39.99 (thanks: Blues). This update primarily addresses scoring and rules related problems for both single and multiplayer modes. The update does however include fixes for some other areas and also includes the new Dodge Charger for the NEXTEL Cup Series - 2005. Blizzard has released another bonus map for Warcraft 3: The Frozen Throne called "Full Phantom". Word is "An ancient horror lurks in these twisting paths turning away all but the most stalwart of champions. New Creature Conflict: The Clan Wars screenshots have been added in our gallery, showcasing the turn-based combat strategy game developed by Mithis Entertainment. The game takes place in a galaxy populated by four different animal clans (including Rabbits, Wolverines, Skunks and Baboons), each faction battling for control over all the planets. Packed full with single player missions, this title also offers off- and on-line multi-player modes, allowing up to 8 rivals to fight against each other, via Xbox Live. Be sure to check out the multiplayer demo which gives you the chance to play on two different planets: Apex (HiTech planet mechanized to the core ruled by the crazy Techies), and Lotus (one of The Frets’ murky arboreal worlds).

Silver Style Entertainment revealed that the US version of The Fall: Last Days of Gaia, the Post-Apocalyptic RPG/Tactical game released by Deep Silver in Germany, Austria and Switzerland, in the middle of November, has gone gold - the release date is, for now, unknown due to a matter of marketing and distribution.
