Orders from our Beauty Store are fulfilled directly by our Amazon Merchants. Amazon.com cannot accept returns of items purchased from Amazon Merchants. Items that are shipped directly by the merchant must be returned to the merchant according to their return guidelines.

To read the details of the merchant's returns, replacement, and applicable refund policies, visit the order summary in Your Account. Under "Where's my stuff?" select the option to View by Order and then select the order you're interested in.
