Canceling Magazine Subscriptions

It's very important to us that you're happy with your magazine subscription purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, please contact the appropriate subscription service provider using the phone numbers provided below. You'll receive a refund for any remaining issues. If you are not certain whether Synapse Services, Inc. or Magazine Express, Inc. fulfilled your order, you can find out by going to the order summary page in Your Account.

To find your subscription service provider:

  • Click the Your Account link at the top of any page of our Web site.
  • From the pull-down menu next to "View by Order," select "Open and recently shipped orders." If it's been several months since you ordered the subscription, you'll want to select a different option in the menu before clicking the Go! button.
  • Sign in using the e-mail address and password associated with your Amazon.com account.
  • Click the "Need to modify this subscription?" button for the relevant order.
