CDs, music cassettes, and vinyl records purchased from Amazon.com (including those purchased from Borders teamed with Amazon.com, Waldenbooks teamed with Amazon.com, and CDNOW teamed with Amazon.com, but excluding items purchased from the CDNOW Preferred Buyer's Club) are easily returned to Amazon.com within 30 days of receipt of shipment via our online Returns Center. These items must be unopened and still in their plastic wrap. Items purchased at Borders teamed with Amazon.com, Waldenbooks teamed with Amazon.com, and CDNOW teamed with Amazon.com can be returned only to Amazon.com. They cannot be returned to a Borders or Waldenbooks store location, or to CDNOW.

Amazon.com cannot accept returns of items purchased from Amazon Merchants, including items purchased from the CDNOW Preferred Buyer's Club.
