Returning Apparel

Some items in our Apparel & Accessories Store are offered for sale by Amazon.com itself, and others are sold by Amazon Merchants.

If you need to return an order you placed directly with Amazon.com, just visit our Returns Center and follow the guidelines for this particular type of merchandise.

If you want to return Target items you purchased online at Amazon.com, Amazon.com's return policies apply to these orders as well. Please return such items via our online Returns Center. Such purchases made at Amazon.com cannot be returned to Target.com or to a Target or Marshall Field's store location.

Please note that Amazon.com will gladly accept returns of unworn underwear/swimwear, provided that it is in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

If you'd like to return an order made from one of our Amazon Merchants, you will need to contact the individual merchant directly. You will find a complete list of Amazon Merchants, with customer service contact information, in our online Help pages.

If you're returning items purchased from Amazon.com Auctions or zShops, please contact the seller directly.
