Our Tuesday evening programme of training and socials.
Meetings are usually held at 7.30pm on Tuesdays followed by drinks at the pub. If you have any questions please contact the Chair.
Unless otherwise stated, meetings will be held in the Kennedy Room of the Cambridge Union Society.

- Tuesday 4th: Welcome meeting Helmore 251, APU
For those who signed up at the APU freshers fair, a chance to meet current members and find out more about CUFAS. Details to follow by e-mail.
- Tuesday 11th: Squash
Welcome meeting for those interested in joining CUFAS or learning first aid. Includes chance to sign up for courses
- Tuesday 18th: External speaker
Dr Ari Ercole, SHO in anaesthetics and county ambulance aid training co-ordinator will be giving a talk. Always interesting and informative - well worth coming along for.
- Tuesday 25th: Major incidents
In light of the London attacks and Hurricane Katrina, learn how the medical world and St John cope with large scale problems.
November
- Tuesday 1st: Burns
With Bonfire night closing in, a talk on the management of burn injuries.
- Tuesday 8th: Lifesaver babies and Children
- Tuesday 15th: Lifesaver babies and Children
A two-part course on applying the pronciples of resuscitation to children, along with some of the more serious medical problems.
- Tuesday 22nd: Assessments
Emergency Care Skills (ECS) assessments, photographs for ID cards, and mini-incidents with patient report form (PRF) training.
- Tuesday 29th: Social
Round the term off with the CUFAS Christmas dinner.
