This link takes you to the new Kenya Project website. Take a look.
This is the (old) official homepage of the Cambridge University Kenya Project, which sends a team of project workers to the Kisii district of Kenya each summer. The aim is to raise money for rural schools, then purchase vitally needed equipment such as laboratory equipment and textbooks. Project workers live in the community, adapting to a different culture and making many new friends, which serves as the principle part of their experience.
This page intends to provide both information on the district of Kisii and the Kenya project. It also provides information for Cambridge students wanting to apply for
the Project Worker positions. Recruitment happens in Michaelmas term. Application details for this year's project can be found on the new website.
