When
the new MedSIN committee took over last month, we
decided we'd do
things bigger and better than ever before.
Setting a fundraising target this term of £440
for Wateraid was, in retrospect, pretty ambitious.
However, with a cheque for £442.17
on its way to them now, we'd just like to say
a huge thank you to all those who have supported
us - whether by putting money into a cup in lectures,
or drinking a delightful (!) concoction from one
of them at our cocktail night. We've now raised
enough to build one well in Ethiopia, and far
exceeded the total raised in the entire previous
year by this branch!
