This the list of lesbians I personally like, and why. ELLEN DEGENERES: I like Ellen because even though she knew that it was risky to come out, she just felt it was something she had to do and so she did. Even though it hurt her show, she was willing to take the risk. I believe in this kind of courage, and we should all be so brave. It's time that we stop thinking about what the straight world thinks, and do what we want for ourselves. MARGARET CHO: Because she is genuinely funny, has accepted herself the way she is (finally), and has a pioneering spirit that I truly admire. K.D. LANGE: She has one of the most beautiful voices alive (and ever). CHASTITY BONO: She didn't care that her mother balked public approval and dissappointment (OH WELL, BITCH!), she let the world know who she truly is, and for this I admire her. Shame on her mother Cher for displaying such non-acceptance as she did, and in front of the world yet. I mean, Cher has been an icon for not caring what others think of her, and doing what she wants regardless, and yet she judged her daughter. Booooooo! But Yeahhhhh for Chastity! TRACY CHAPMAN: She sings from the heart and about stuff that really matters. I still can't listen to "Fast Car" without crying. Her voice is unique and she is so talented. XOE ELKE: She's our Lesbian Goddess contest model. She's sexy and a very strong person who is multi-talented. How can you not like her. She will be very famous soon. I just know it.
