Hi, I am Oskar van Rijswijk, a Dutchman living in The Netherlands in the town Zoetermeer. The internet has changed my live and work. I use it since the early nineties, for news, study, (tele)work, projects, hobby and community contacts. At this moment in time I work as manager of the communications department in a Dutch Trade Union with 500 employees and 365K members. As a freelancer I specialize in in User Experience of the web, mostly usability. Overwhelmed by the sixties as a teen-ager, I went to university in the seventies and got a degree in Political Science. After years of working in the trenches - most time as a union official - I took on managementjobs in the office. Since the eighties I'm a runner. Once participating in the National Championships 100K. As an athletic's coach I helped many on the road to their first marathon. In recent years I combine running with mountainbiking, together with my wife Toos. I'm a very happy person. »contact information
