The chess engines and the user interfaces are often developed separately and mixed to create different brands. Here we list eight well known commercial products alphabetically. Chess TigerChess Tiger 15 is the successor to previous versions of Chess Tiger and to Rebel 11. The Tiger - Rebel engine, which combines the efforts of Christophe Théron and Ed Schroeder, has been used with several interfaces : ChessPartner, Chess Assistant, and ChessBase.
