Kubo strikes back in Kio
Sorry this post is late. I have been busy with the
computer shogi championships (report on that in a couple of
weeks) and then with preparations for moving to the other side of Japan. Time to catch up with all the news from three weeks.
First, two games of the Kio match between Habu and challenger Kubo.
Habu won the second game and looked on his way to finishing the match
early, but in the third game Kubo struck back. Here are the two games
