WE PROCESS YOUR ORDER
1. How to order
We request information from the user on
our order form. Here a user must provide contact information (like name
and shipping address) and financial information (like credit card number,
expiration date). This information is used for billing purposes and
to fill customer's orders. If we have trouble processing an order, this
contact information is used to get in touch with the user.
All payment arrangements are handled by credit card, and if you wish
to pay by check or Banker's transfer, please place your order by e-mail
to sales@sahovski.co.yu and
we will give you a proforma-invoice with all the details for payment.
2. Refund policy
Within 30 days of receipt of your shipment,
you may return any of the following items to Chess Informant, for any
reason, for a full refund. The following products are subject to refund
policy:
· Any book in its original
condition
· Any unopened (still
in its plastic wrap) CD, software
Please note that we can process refunds only for items purchased from
sahovski.com. We do not refund editions purchased from other stores.
We do not exchange items unless they are defective or damaged. We do
not accept items returned after 60 days.
We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed
the returned item.
You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used
for purchase within 7 to 14 business days of our receiving your return.
If your refund is not due to our error, we will deduct the shipping
costs from your refund.
3. Shipping
All
shipping costs are at Customers' expense !!!
Shipping costs are not the subject of any discounts, bonuses and credit
points incentive schemes, and they are charged additionally upon the
following schedule.
Please note that the mail costs are charged depending
on the way of delivery.
For registered mail delivery 20% and for airmail delivery 40% of printed
books list prices will be automatically calculated and added to your
total. Minimal transport costs for registered mail are 3 GBP and for
airmail 9 GBP per order.
Chess Informant is not liable, and will not be held responsible for
all possible fraudulent, misuse, and any other eventual problems regarding
the shipping; that are beyond Chess Informant's jurisdiction.
