Introduction:

This game is built on the HL (Half-Life) engine and almost has the same story as HL:
Aliens try to take over. The story takes time far ahead in the future and, a pluton lands on a planet to find out what happend to the pluton that visited it earlier, since they lost the conntact with the base. While they're at the planet, the aliens shows up and the firework starts...

Gameplay/Controls

The controls are very easy, as with all FPS. But if you've played HL before, you don't even need to go into options.
But there is one hard/annoying thing, and that is when you configure then gun, i.e with the Shotgun: you can choose how many sheels it should shoot, and then you have to use the next weapon and use buttons, but eventually it becomes easy.
The gameplay is just like HL, and I loved HL, so the gameplay is really nice.
HL was good in single player, but rocked the net in multiplayer. I didn't test Gunman multi, but I'm sure multiplayer is even better then the single.
Graphics

The graphics are really amazing. The space looks so real and so does everything else. But there is one thing that isn't that great, and that is your teammates. Everyone looks the same and talks the same, but that isn't such a important thing since you're gonna kill some aliens and not your teammates :)

Sound/Music

The music shows its quality already in the intro. When the ships are flying, there is this slow, lovely calming music which captures your mind. And don't think there's something wrong with the sound, the lovely sound you hear from your gun, the guards, aliens, well, everything is good. But as I mentioned in "Graphics", every guard looks the same and also have the same voice.

Overall

Phew, this is a really good title. But if you compare it with the latest FPS games that has been released, you should go for No One Lives Forever, which is absolutely marvelous. But this game isn't bad at all, it's great. Now you know what you should write at your "wish-list" to Santa.
