LogikLCX27WN2Owned one of these tv`s for nearly a year now. PERFECT. never had any problems. Like previously mentioned the sound requires sorting with a decent system but other than that you can not complain with the quality of this product for the price.

BUSHLCD27TV005I saw the price and could not believe it. It is only 489 from Tesco`s so I could not resist but to buy it.

Resolution is actually 1280x720, 550nits brightness, 600:1 contrast.

Ran it at 1280x720 using HD-15 off my laptop and it looks beautiful, especially running Win MCE, also hooked up my digital TV box via SCART (it has 3!!) RGB, and also DVD via S-video. It also has 1 more composite, and even DVI!

Fantastic value for money and looks great too.

LogikLCX17LN2I purchased this as a (very) cheap LCD TV for the bedroom. I am suitably impressed, with agreeable image quality. I have two minnor gripes;

1) The sound does not go very low before becomming very quiet, which is a problem in a quiet bedroom (i.e. the steps between volume levels are not very even) and

2) The manual is very short and not very detailed. But you get what you pay for, and I did not pay much!

SAMSUNGSP46L5HXNever did i think LCD rear projection could look so great! This EISA award winner is well justified when you see how sharp and clear the picture can be epecially when hooked up with a HD set top box. Utilising Samsung's highly acclaimed DNIe technology, when looking directly staight, the quality of the picture can be comparitive to that of plasma's. This is truly one of the best rear pro's on the market.

The only problem that i found with it, is the common problem with all rear pro's; the viewing angle is limited. While this tv is a little better than most, you still wont be able to see the full potential unless you're right in front of the tv. That aside, Samsung's DNIe chip sure works wonders, making this one of the best Rear pro's in the market.

Mikomi15LCD250This is a great little TV for the money. It has many features that are only usually found in far more expensive LCD TV`s. If you have a motor/caravan this TV represents an excellent choice and far out-performs many £400+ ones. It has a 12volt input, served by a mains adaptor (supplied)and virtually every kind of AV input you could wish for. However if you have Sky Tv you may have difficulty in finding the correct code for the Sky remote to operate this set. I have discovered that 065 works on my remote (Rev 3) try it.

ALBAALCD17TVOne of a few 17ins LCD tv`s available, great value for the price, good picture at a number of angles, and Argos forgot to mention, you can wall mount this tv.

Sound ok for LCD tv, would recommend it is put through a surround sound system, however it is ok for the bedroom.

X-box seems to play fine on it.

All in all a good deal from argos!

SANYOCE20LC3BPicture and sound quality excellent for a budget price LCD. Manual not so good, some things work different from description, but ok when you find how! Remote has choice of 3 colour settings, good for garish US films, sound has separate bass/treble controls (on menu). Spec claims 640x480 pixels (VGA), but I measured 640x960 so it looks better than you"d expect. I"m very pleased with my purchase.

LogikLCX27WN2I bought one of these yesterday on an impulse buy having done no research. Quite scary reading some of the poor reviews but so far (18hrs in!) I am very pleased indeed. The picture quality is excellent and amazing value at the price. The sound isn"t great but its ok. A surround speaker kit for c£150 should sort that. The RC is ugly and not too responsive. Not many gadgets. All in all, providing the sound doesn"t pack up then it is a great buy considering the sound quality

LGRE-15LA30Having recently bought this product I am very pleased and it offers superb value and picture quality, the only problem is if items of text fly across the screen they are difficult to see, (May be it is also partially due to my dodgy ariel), Would only now ever buy LCD TV, Its amasing, but I was not impressed when trying to find the wall mounting bracket for this product,. I cant find one for toffee, If any one else can please put it on the web site.

LGL2323Tgood points

looks very nice, has mnay features like pop and pip

widecrssce - 15:9 ascppect ratio

is HDTV ready and connecst to the TV easily.

has many other types of connectins too, like s-video, scart etc.

has nice zoom fuction which can be used to view pages more clearly

has verticle tilt, so positioning is easier.

high definition pictures look crisp

can watch tv at same time as using PC.

relativley chaep comapered to other monitors of similar spec and quality

LG people are clver and this has been intelliently designed with good practicle features.

good quality tv speakers, that are sepertae from monitor

bad points.

response time 25 ms, when watching some dvds and high defiention video and ganmes, there can be some blurring jerking as the monitor struggles to keep pace with information coming out of computer.

althouh this is not a majot problem, may be when high defintion dvds come out... maybe problem of response time will be more evident then.

can only disply a maximum of 16.7 million colors, considering that many high resolution pictures are at 1 billion colors this can be annoying for those who like to see all available colors.

refresh rate maximum 60 hertz, so although picture is stable, it is not the best pivture possible for using with computers.

conclusion

good product, relativley reasonlable price. picture quality no way as near as excellent CRT but still better than good.

Tv is good, sound is clear and nice.

easy to set up.

A worthy buy, altough you may want to have something that has higher respone time, below 16 ms.

I would reccomend this product, for those who want to tv on their pc, and dvds too, not designed for the graphic designer.

Good for internet surfing and other not too heavy graphics processing work.

SHARPLC20E1EAfter approx 2 weeks of use this product starts to emit a high pitched buzz from the top left hand corner of the unit. whilst this buzz is there the unit is actually emitting a signal that is interfering with the Sky infrared reciever for the contrller that is in a different room to the actual Sky box. This could not be stoped and therefore the unit was returned.

LGRZ14LA60The picture quality was excellent, operation was simple. Unfortunately the audio quality was very poor, with distortion being evident at all times. The problem was evident whether the sound was listened to via the internal loudspaekers, headphones, or a separate high quality audio amplifier. This does not appear to be an isolated instance, I tried 2 sets and both displayed the same "tinny" characteristics

LogikLCX27WN2I purchased this TV around three weeks ago from Currys and I am now on my fourth. Previous sets have suffered from very poor sound, degrading after between a few minutes and around half an hour of changing channels. When it is working, the set seems fine, but the build quality/testing seems poor. I hope this replacement lasts a little longer.
