The final game release will feature a complex single player story campaign, online Deathmatch, as well as never before seen concept in RTS gaming known as "multi-sector" style of game play. Players will control multiple worlds occupying different space in a single time period. This forces the player to change their strategy as well as style of game play. In essence, the experience can be compared to playing on two chess boards at the same time. In addition to the single player story, Quantum Legacy: Initial Tactics also features Deathmatch multiplayer modes. Each of these can be played either in single or multiple game levels simultaneously
