Guest PC 1.7 Enhances Windows Emulation on Macs

by , 12:00 AM EST, November 30th, 2005

Lismore Software Systems has released version 1.7 of its Windows emulator Guest PC. This update fixes compatibility problems and bugs, in addition to adding the ability to operate in two modes: virtual hardware and shared networking.

Other changes include a 10% performance increase, better stability, enhanced video output and the addition of network preferences. This is a free update for registered users. The full software is US$69.99 and requires Mac OS X v10.3 and a G3 or better processor.
