Shipping costs

• $6 flat fee for shipping within the continental U.S.  All orders within the continental United States cost $6 to ship, no matter how large - so the more you buy, the better the deal :)
• $11 flat fee for air shipping to Canada, Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico.
• If you live outside North America:
  • we will ship single DVDs for $6
  • Orders under 2 pounds cost just $11. That means you can save up to 35% on shipping!
  • Orders over 2 pounds will be charged actual shipping costs.
• Insurance/Other options:
  • Insurance is not included with our normal shipping options. If you would like insurance, please let us know either in the notes section during checkout or in a separate e-mail.
  • Rush orders are available within the U.S. for $5 extra. Your package will be mailed within 2 business days via Priority Mail.

 

 
Payment

• You will be charged $6 for shipping during checkout.
• After checkout, you will be presented with links to add $5 for additional shipping or domestic priority.
• If additional payment is required, we will send an e-mail within 48 hours of ordering with a selection of payment options including EMS, Air Insured, Air Post, and Surface. If none of the options are acceptable, you can always choose to cancel your order with full refund.
  
• If you prefer to know shipping costs before ordering, you can send us an e-mail with the items you are interested in, and we will notify you of shipping costs before you order.

 

 
Shipping time

Once we receive payment, your order usually ships within the number of business days listed in the shipping indicator. Business days mean MONDAY through FRIDAY, with the exception of holidays. If for some reason we miss the estimated date, we will upgrade your shipping to Priority (in North America) or air (outside the US) at no additional charge.

• Standard Domestic Shipping: We normally ship via US Mail. Most packages will ship Parcel Post, though heavy book orders will ship Media Mail. Standard length of shipping time for these methods:
  • Western States (California, Oregon, Washington, Idaho, Utah): 2-3 days after leaving our warehouse
  • Mid-America (anything between the West and East): 3-6 days after leaving our warehouse
  • Eastern States (Maine to Florida): 5-10 days after leaving our warehouse
• Domestic Express: If you require faster shipping, for $5 additional we will ship your in-stock goods within 2 business days of ordering. Goods will be shipped via Priority Mail, which usually arrives 2-3 days after we ship.
• International Shipping:
  • Air Post: This is our standard option, and takes 7-10 days to arrive after we ship.
  • EMS: This special option takes 4-6 days to arrive after we ship.
  • Surface: A whopping 4-6 weeks to arrive after we ship.
  Unless you select the additional payment link for Airmail Post after checkout, we will e-mail you a selection of payment options including EMS, Air Insured, Air Post, and Surface. If none of the options are acceptable, you can always choose to cancel your order with full refund.
