European launch plans unveiled for highly anticipated massively multiplayer online game
Blizzard Entertainment today announced the launch plans in Europe for World of Warcraft. Blizzard confirmed that the game will release in Europe in early 2005, while pre-orders for World of Warcraft will be available at retail on November 26th. World of Warcraft will be available in Europe for Windows 98/ME/2000/XP and Macintosh at a suggested retail price of €44.99 (£29.99 in the UK), and will include a free one-month subscription to the game.
