Product Description:

iOrganize is the perfect application to store all your notes, ideas, text extracts, web links... you find while working daily, but without knowing exactly what to do with them. Thanks to its great user interface, iOrganize lets you store quicly and easily what you want. Advanced users can take advantage of advanced features such as the service menu or the dock menu to quickly create new notes. Its powerful search functions let you retrieve nearly instantly what you were looking for, even months after storing it. iOrganize is written using Cocoa.

What's new in this version:

  • New Indent Category & Dedent Category commands
  • New Preference option for "Automatic Save" (this option removes confirmation dialogs before saving)
  • New fixed space toolbar item
  • Export dialogs are automatically including notepad/category/note title as file name.
  • Fixed issue that caused documents to appear unsaved immediately after opening
  • Fixed issue that prevented an edit title from being saved if clicking on the window close button while editing the title
  • Fixed issue with Export Category
  • Fixed issue with Find toolbar button
  • When a note is decrypted, the note title isn't automatically modified in all cases
  • Window position restores are no longer visible when opening documents
  • Improved user manual

I use it to keep a bunch of lists organized, and for quick notes. It's easy to use, format and print. the best organizer for my small business that I've found.

I commented earlier that <"Search" only locates keywords that are in Notes within the Category being searched. It does not find keywords that appear in the names of Sub-Categories, or that appear in Notes within Sub-Categories.>

I was wrong. I think that the Preferences file was corrupted. After I trashed the file, the Search function worked as it should. It can operate on a single category, or on all notes. That said, Iappologize for my mistake and revise my rating to an unqualified 5 Star.

All I get when I double-click iOrganize is a quick flash of icon in the Dock that immediately disappears.
