I have used Nova Media support a couple of times and they have always been extremely helpful and prompt and their advice works.
The software has worked with all my phones and 3G datacard way before Vodafone offer support.
Couple of features I would like the product to support:
1. the ability to send SMS from the computer; Address Book does this on some phones if the bluetooth connection works with the phone (does on SonyEricsson 600, but not on SonyEricsson k750i); having another way to do this would be fantastic.
2. to see what monthly data has been downloaded (so I can work out if I am going over my data threshold.
The software has worked with all my phones and 3G datacard way before Vodafone offer support.
