Saft Won't Load after Security Update 2005-009 - Version: 8.2.0, 11/29/2005 07:42PM PST

My Safari version number has been upped to 2.0.2 (416.13), meaning Saft disables itself when Safari is launched and complains about needing to be updated. I thought a new version would be out by now. I have e-mailed Saft's author, but I guess I'll have to use SeaMonkey (the browser formerly known as Mozilla) for now.

One question, on my Powerbook Saft/Safari works so that, say, a link in Mail will be clicked and will open a tab in Safari in the current window, not add a new window despite the one that's open that has a bunch of tabs already. This is good. On my G5, this isn't working, even though I have the same Safari/Saft settings on both machines, or so I believe. What setting governs "open new links in a new window, or in a tab"?
