I downloaded and installed this new version and my feeds are no longer there. The tutorial and user guide does not help. Where are they??? Anyone know how I can get them back without the laborious job of reinstalling them?

I downloaded this (6 megabytes????) and unzipped it and now I have this odd collection of files. Oh I run it in the Terminal .... peculiar, after a few tens of seconds it has windows but I have no idea of how to use it - no instructions!!!

The 6 megabytes are all the smalltalk libraries?
