Ya it works. The interface is simple. Not much to keep me there. Lack the features and excitement of other products. Look like a first generation old PC product.

Bravo GamesGrid!!! Not only does this poker 'run' on Mac... it is clearly designed to make the most of the Mac! I have played over 16 hours and love the software and the site.
Come on over and let's have a real Mac poker site.

I have been looking for a long time for a non-java based online poker client. As downloadable software, GamesGrid meets almost all of those needs along with a unique table makes it feel like it belongs on the Mac.
Everything seems very stable (which is important for us online poker players) and GamesGrid as a site seems to function quite well with good support.
A couple of minor problems at this point:
First with the software...I wish it had hotkey support for the basic poker actions - call, bet, fold, raise - so that don't have to manipulate the cursor each time to make a play.
Second is with the site... I had never heard of GamesGrid Poker before I saw there release notice here. I have tried all the big Mac (Java) supportable sites (PokerRoom, Pacific Poker) and this beats them in the interface department but there are not enough players on the site much of the time. During evening hours in the US there seems to be one table just about full at most of the blind levels along with a tourney or two running but during the day there is a major lack of play.
For you Mac Poker players out there - give this place a shot - you might like it.
