VersionTracker RSS Center

RSS feeds for Today's Updates are available for each platform we track. For those unfamiliar with RSS ("Really Simple Syndication"), it is a web standard for publishing news headlines. By installing an RSS reader (need one? Pick one up below) and adding the VersionTracker feed to it, you can check out VersionTracker's Most Recent Updates without visiting the website.

For MacOSX, we offer two feeds: one that complies to the RSS 2.0 standard and a second that puts the product description up with the product title. If you use an RSS reader like NetNewsWire that doesn't show you a short description automatically, you may want to use the second feed. Most other readers will make this unnecessary.

Here are the URLs for each platform's feed:

Recent MacFixIt news headlines are also available via RSS:

Which readers do we recommend? Well, with so many great readers emerging all the time, we thought it'd be more helpful to show you what the most popular RSS readers are.
