New disabled lift and remodelling of third floor building

Gutting and major renovation of the original building with the library moving back to take up most of the second floor there

Report - It looks like a bombsite on the lower floor inside the entrance - whole walls have gone near the general office and many of the old classrooms. I couldn't go into the construction zone where there are barricades, but these photos should give you an idea.

Report - The old stairwell on the south side has been totally transformed - the old stair up to that pokey office has gone. No more painted concrete. Lovely heavy duty lino on the stairs and the walkway, which is now accessible to the students. The front entrance is still barred, so access is via the canteen and up the stairs to the courtyard. The Assembly Hall is full of tables and chairs for classes. Lots of portables on the end of the oval towards the adjacent tennis courts.

Report - All of downstairs is completely refurbished and it's truly magnificent. The library will be relocated to the second floor of the renovated old building in three weeks' time. Here is the new conference room.
