Regular CCLA Membership is open only to residents of the United States and Canada. If you are not a resident of the USA or Canada, you may participate in email events via the associate membership. Associate members may not vote or hold elected office, and do not receive a printed copy of the Chess Correspondent magazine.
CCLA ByLaw VI states: "No member will be permitted to develop a debit balance." Entry fees must be paid in advance before players can be added to new or existing sections. Entries via email will be assigned to sections only if the member has a sufficient credit balance. Please send your check or money order payble to CCLA, PO Box 257, Galesburg, IL USA 61402-0257. Sorry - credit card processing is not available at this time.
