Solution

A.F. Mackenzie (America)
White Mates in Two
Key Move: 1.Qa2

H.W. Lane (England)
White Mates in Two
Key Move: 1.Qa2

According to Chernev & Reinfeld's The Fireside Book of Chess, these two nearly identical problems were both submitted to the 8th Composing tourney of the "Brighton Society" in 1898.  Not only were the positions nearly identical, not only did the key moves duplicate each other, but both composers were blind!
