The Paideia (py-dee-a) philosophy celebrates the fundamental notion that to be fully educated is a lifelong adventure that only begins with an individual's formal schooling.

Randolph's Paideia students become critical thinkers and problem solvers, with the ability to respond to the demands of an advanced technological society.

IB

IB strategies allow students to develop global perspectives that will impact individual decisions and actions.

Students expand their awareness of the world through a strong multicultural emphasis and community service projects.
