The Grand Prairie Sports Facilities Development Corporation hired CWS to provide a little custom carpentry work. There were large, exposed, steel beams in the group's executive suite and the thick epoxy finish had begun to crack and flake off in large chunks.

CWS enclosed the beams with a hardwood skin, and stained and finished the project to match the medium walnut furniture of the room.

The project was completed on a two-week turnaround to meet the racing season deadline.
