Server night: German national team + chess training
13.06.2002 Two attractive events on the Playchess server
today. Starting from 20:30 hours European time, the Playchess community take
on the German national team, which won the silver medal at the last Olympiad.
At 21:00 h openings theoretician GM Dorian Rogozenko conducts his weekly
lecture in the "Training" room. Attendence for both events is free

The
event will be held is a special tournament room ("Nationalmannschaft")
on the Fritz server. The rate of play is ten minutes for all the moves. The
players will be using webcams and can see each other during the games.
Chess training with GM Dorian Rogozenko
He
is a great openings theoretician, with two ChessBase trainings CDs to his name:
the Sveshnikov and the Slav. Grandmaster Dorian Rogozenko lives in Bucharest
and on Thursday will hold his first training lecture on the Playchess server.
The lesson starts at 19:00 GMT (= 21:00 hours Berlin/Paris time, 20:00 London
or 3 p.m. NY) and will be held every Thursday, in English. Attendence is free
of charge.
