The Congressional Award Website OFFICIAL SITE - Many Eagle Scouts go on to further distinguish themselves by earning this honor. The U.S. Congress presents this award to young people, age 14-24, who set and achieve goals in four program areas. The award has three levels.
Cong. Kenny Hulshof's promotes Award This page is from a congressman in the 9th district of Missouri. Much like a recommendation for a Service Academy appointment, this award will put a young person in touch with their elected federal officials for their state.
