Description:
Free, powerful, yet simple to use DB manager. That pretty much describes DB Free.

It allows YOU to customize the fields and what information you enter into the fields.

You can use DB Free to store, manage, beam, etc. any type of information.
Any data you would like the abilty to keep in a safe place.

This app is freeware. A review or an email would be very much appreciated. Enjoy!

Thank-you very much for your comments. As for the second review, the multiline text box at the bottom DOES scroll, it just has no scroll bar. Use the hardware up and down buttons to do so. I will look into your suggestions and do my best to create an updated DB Free in the near future.

Nice start. I too would like to see a Palm standard interface. A customizable enter interface would be great, but more importantly, customizable fields are absolutely necessary. Would really like a field that holds a graphic and can import all standard graphic formats (specifically .jpg and .bmp). The multiline field at the bottom must have a scroll bar to ease reading large amounts of data.

Very nice. I'm seeing a trend in how people are writing simple free db programs to counter the huge expensive ones. I do have some quips: the buttons are are placed wrong. They overlap and are not the "proper" size (according to Palm, at least). Also, each new record must have it's field titles filled in again. It would be nicer if you could make seperate database files which have a seperate screen for filling in field titles and types (I'm thinking, as in Access's "design view" here). You could just generate all the fields by code rather than resource so that it's all nice and dynamic. Anyways, it's a nice start. Keep at it and I'm sure this will be the #1 database program for palm.
