Java Game Programming

I do my development on a Windows 2000 box - I use emacs, the latest jdk, emacs jde, jakarta ant and jikes. I use a homemade framework which nicely encapsulates the reusable bits of my game programming.

• sjg xml parser. A very simple and lightweight xml-parser and serializer - useful for parsing configuration files, soap-like messages and smallish persistent data.
• sjg - a framework for small java games. Includes the xml-parser above, a simple multithreaded scripting language, a sprite engine and some basic overall architecture.
• .emacs. My .emacs-file - sets up the keyboard so it works a little more Windows like.

A Java-based Wiki

Based on Apache Velocity. It is called Orange and it is actually quite usable:
