| I've been enjoying watching the Kasparov-Kramnik match at Canalweb and Braingames. Playing back the videos though I've become fascinated with the results of the compression algorithms. Limbs smeared across the background, faces disintegrating and then suddenly recomposing. Jpg artefacts raised to an art form. Memorable images, pure cyberpunk. | |
