Black Cat Games has updated the Alien Swarm: Infested website with several screenshots (added in our gallery), showcasing the Telic Campaign, an unofficial expansion pack that brings eight new, unique missions in the form of a complete campaign. In addition to the maps, Telic expands the Alien Swarm universe with new weapons, extra items, more dangerous enemies, original mission objectives and various modifications to the standard game rules. The Telic Campaign will be released on 16th of December 2005, along with a new patch (v1.3).

SEGA of America has released new screenshots and the intro movie from Sonic Riders, a game developed by Sonic Team from Tokyo for the PlayStation 2, Xbox and GameCube. Sonic Riders features Sonic and friends being challenged to a Worldwide Grand Prix by Dr. Eggman. They must glide on air boards, performing tricks and stunts over wide-open terrain. Sonic Riders will be available during winter 2006.

Battlefront.com has released a new demo of T-72 Balkans on Fire!, featuring three playable missions: two training missions with the T-72B and one exciting combat mission where the player commands a T-55A tank. Additionally, the in-game 3D Encyclopedia allows you to explore all the units featured in the full game. This demo is based on the all new v1.3 version of the game and includes all the updated features and fixes from the patch.

We have a new Kameo: Elements of Power trailer, showing off another character from the upcoming epic adventure/action game in the works at Rare. The game tells the story of Kameo, who must capture, grow and unleash a wide assortment of incredible monsters to combat ever-present evil, and rescue her three Elemental Ancestors from the Dark Troll King, who threatens the planet and its wildlife. Kameo: Elements of Power features an innovative monster-based combat system, monsters with unique abilities that enable players to open up and safely explore new areas, 3D environments with sprawling hills, fertile valleys and daunting lairs cover 20 fantasy-style locations, and more.

Synetic has issued a patch for World Racing 2, bringing their racing game to v1.3.3 (press 'read more' for changelog). Thanks: The Patches Scrolls. The game features an advanced 3D Landscape Engine, which creates separate race tracks and facilitates the creation of kilometre long sceneries in full 3D. The 3D environments are inspired by attractive locations from all over the world (Egypt, Hawaii, Italy and Miami) and allow players to leave the road to take appropriate shortcuts or simply cruise through the terrain and enjoy exploring wherever they want.

A new movie made with The Movies engine is now available for download, featuring two minutes of machinima footage. The Movies is a life simulation game that lets players build and control their own Hollywood motion picture studio. Players create unique mini-trailer-style movies choosing everything from script selection and the hiring of cast and crew, to film production and premieres. Gamers build their entertainment empire by making hit movies, researching and introducing the newest cinematographic technologies and nurturing the biggest stars.

Grey Dog Software today announced the release of Bowl Bound College Football, their latest sports management simulation game. Bowl Bound College Football features six distinct college offenses and seven college defenses, customizable playbook that can include over 350 offensive and defensive plays, in-depth recruiting process and more. Bandai has released the first MS Saga: A New Dawn trailer, showcasing this upcoming turn-based role-playing game due to ship in February 2006, for PS2. MS Saga: A New Dawn features an original storyline, characters and world with dozens of mobile suits that can be customized with 60 optional parts, 200 interchangeable pieces and weaponry for a unique RPG experience. These mechanized warriors can be specialized for ranged attacks or transformed into agile melee combat machines. It's up to the gamer to determine the right balance for the beautifully detailed characters designed by Akira Yasuda, best known for his work with the Turn-A Gundam and Street Fighter series.

Atari has released a new trailer from Crashday, showcasing the upcoming stunt racing game in the works at Moon Byte Studios which will be available in February 2006. The game features modes like Racing, Stunt Driving and Wrecking as well as team competition and online modes, but also a track editor.

THQ released a new trailer from The Outfit, showcasing this squad-based action game developed by Relic Entertainment for Xbox 360. The game's action is set within war ravaged Europe during World War II and takes players behind enemy lines, battling the Nazi War Machine through a variety of large combat missions. The game is scheduled to release holiday 2005.

A German playable demo of Keepsake is now available for download, allowing you to try out the adventure game developed by Wicked Studios. Keepsake tells the story of Lydia as she searches for her missing friend, Celeste. Starting on the first day of school, Lydia finds the halls empty and her friend nowhere to be found, the only trace is a keepsake she gave her best friend some 8 years ago. As she holds it, strange images from Celeste‘s life begin to fill her mind.

Auravision, Inc., the master licensor for Fatal1ty brand products, announced that 60 Minutes, the CBS News Magazine, will air a full segment on Sunday, December 11 featuring Johnathan "Fatal1ty" Wendel and the international explosion of professio nal video gaming. Steve Kroft will report the episode, which began filming one year ago at a gaming event in Sweden, and concluded with the Cyberathlete Professional League (CPL) World Finals in New York City, with many stops in between.
