Description: The patch include fixing naval retreat patterns, some op-fire issues, advanced supply rules for attacking neutral countries, attacking neutrals while the supply rules are turned off entirely, and a number of fixes involving op-fire. A secondary change was a decrease in CPU cycles whenever possible, making the game play better on lower end machines
