Small Dog Electronics Tech Support hours are Monday -
Friday from 9:00AM - 6:00PM. You may reach us by phone at 802-496-7171,
then press 2. Due to our heavy call volume, you may need to leave
a message. Your call will be returned as soon as possible.
Small Dog Electronics is
an Apple Authorized Service Provider. We can handle in-warranty
and out of warranty repairs. For out of warranty repairs, our
current billing rate is $109 per hour for drop-off service
or $179
for while-you-wait
service.
There is a one hour minimum for while-you-wait service and
a $39 minimum service charge for all other service.
Due to the high costs of providing quality support, Small Dog
Electronics does not offer technical phone support for free.
The following chart explains the fee structure. Please have your
credit card or invoice number handy when calling the tech support
line.

Additional Details: Calls may only relate
to the product that the customer has purchased, i.e., purchasing
an iMac doesn't allow
you to
call for free tech support on your Sony display.
(People who are not our
customers (i.e., have never purchased from us) may purchase "books" at
a higher rate)

Some Tips on Getting Help
from Apple
All new and factory-refurbished Apple products sold by Small Dog
Electronics are warranted by Apple. This warranty is one year
for both new and factory refurbished products.
In the event that you require
warranty service or technical support for your Macintosh or
Apple
peripheral within the warranty period you need only to call Apple's
support hot-line at800-APL-CARE (800-275-2273).
A technician will help diagnose
the problem and if they cannot solve the problem on the phone,
they will do one of the following:
Provide an advance replacement
of the product
Dispatch an Apple service technician
to your home or office to make the needed warranty repair if
your product is covered by an on-site warranty
Expedite return of your
product to Apple for depot repair (PowerBooks, iBooks, Cubes,
Monitors)
Refer you to the nearest
Apple Authorized Service Provider. Your invoice from Small Dog
Electronics is your proof of purchase.
