I have been using it since it was released. Like it very much until lately... ** on my Palm OS4.1 (m505), all the re-occurent expenses starting to screw up with the re-curring period...seem like cannot handle more than 5 re-curring expenses on the same account ** on my palm OS5.2.1 (Treo600), it would crash my system every time. So, I guess is not supported in OS5... =( Regardless, is still my favourite freeware ever!!

I have used this program for about 3 months. I have been a happy camper. Except: 1. Gradually as the entries were growing, the response was getting slowere and slower. 2. There is no equivalent desktop version. 3. I couldn't figure out how can I export the data to use in any other PC programs (CSV/Text/dbf). Hope someday, someone will make a desktop equivalent, defenitely featuring provision to synchronise both (as is in the built-in expense program).

Permits creation of accounts and category, stores times/dates/recurring events. Shows various balance info. Simple Graph/reports. Allows your palm password to protect from prying eyes. HTML manual included in download zip. Works perfectly with my Handspring Visor Edge/Palm OS 3.52.

Seven Months Use so far. Created almost two dozen account to show where money goes(doctors,dentists,grocery,utilities). Bought my Prism ($150/new) after getting tired of bouncing checks due to impossible task of juggling a long commute&strained; finaces. Using this app has saved my ass(ets). THANK YOU!

Very good program but personally I prefer "My Checkbook" by Carl Quick. It does the same thing, I enjoy the layout better and has not given me any trouble for the past 1 1/2 years I've had it installed in my Palm m505.

It's a nice program which works great (I like the zooming function!), but it's absolutely not utilizing the colour support on newer palms.. The countries are so dark that they look black, the ocean is very very light blue, and the non sun illuminated area of the earth is black dots, not a grayscale layer which would be much cooler. Hope you make the colour version a bit cooler, but thank's for a nice proggy anyway.

"Accounts Manager" is very usefull, it does everything that I need, fast and simple. 5 stars. I have a Palm Zire and "AccountsMgr" works just fine on it. Suggestion: when showing report info show have the balance of all accounts, to se how much you are above or below the "red line". Palm should had this app as standart instead of "Expense". José, keep the good work.

I think your Account Manager program is excellent. Couple of observations:
- When you summarize accounts in the purge option, it may be a good idea to have 2 roll-up entries: 1 for all the credits & the 2nd for all the debits. That would give a better summary of what happenened in the account over the period.
- You absolutely need to have an export funtion to memo or excel.

A suggestion: may be a good idea to mark or roll-up transactions that have already been exported.
Once again, I congratulate you on an excellent application and I do look forward to seeing the export & summary upgrades soon. When is your next upgrade due?

Well thought-out, flexible, efficient and intuitive user interface. One small thing I found was, when you go back and change your date/time on an entry, it automatically adds a decimal digit?? But didn't hurt anything though. Overall nicely designed, and I like it!!

I was rather impressed by the simplicity and functionality of this program. I'm religious about tracking every expense I make, since I'm in Sales and this program really helps. I've been meaning to write a quick 'thank you' message to the author of this freeware program. The program is very easy to use and I like the fact that you can create different 'accounts', and simply add and subtract from them, while being able to note the details of each transaction. I use the program to track the funds in my Cash, Checking, MoneyMarket and Emergency accounts. Once a week I take this information and enter it into Money 2002. I HIGHLY recommend using this 'small' and VERY useful cash tracking/management program. Thanks!
