TMO at Macworld - Prosoft Demonstrates Data Rescue II, TuneTech for iPod

SAN FRANCISCO -- Prosoft Engineering, maker of disk utility and data recovery products, demonstrated two recent products, Data Rescue II and TuneTech for iPod, at this week's Macworld Expo.

Data Rescue II build on the success of the original Data Rescue X product, and features a new, Cocoa-based user interface, Tiger optimization, an improved Deleted Files scan, Support for 10 times more file types for content scans than Data Rescue X, and Assistant and Expert modes.

TuneTech for iPod allows you to maintain, manage and optimize your iPod. Features include recovery of lost or damaged music, repair of corrupted data structures, backup of your iPod to an exact copy, permanent deletion of unwanted files, and optimization of the file layout of your music.

Data Rescue II retails for US$99. TuneTech for iPod retails for US$59.
