Reliability Calculation

The server calculates a reliability factor for each player acccording to their actions in the past few weeks.
This value is influenced by many different things, for example if their settings are correct, if they had a timeout in a game, or if they have unannounced vacations, etc.
The value is always between 0 and 10.

New players start at 3.5.
After they set up their basic settings such as the country code, gender, real name, birth year, this value goes up to 5.
If they successfully start few games and also finish them in order, without timouts, silent vacation, the value raises around 6.
As they finish more games, and as the time goes without any problem with them, the value still raises.
Players with many months of membership and with a lot of games and without any problems can go over 9.

This may help players to find the right opponents, and may give them an approximate view about their future opponents, without personaly knowing them.
Protecting serious club members, players with too low reliability (less than 5) can't enter for new tournaments.

Available from May 19, 2004.

King Shehran and Sessa ebn Daher

As the tail says there was a king in India, called Shehran, dominating on everything, but his tedium. He was bored in the morning, noon and at night, all every day, until he fell ill because of it.

Sessa ebn Daher, his court wise man, to heal the king, invented a new game, called it chess. The game was brilliant, the king has recovered from the illnes after the first game.

- What do you want as a reward? - asked Shehran.

- A few grains of wheat only: put one grain on the first square of the chessboard, then double it on the next squares - said Sessa ebn Daher.

- Humble request! - smiled the king, but finally couldn't perform it.

The number of the wheat grains was 18 trillion, 446 billiard, 744 billion, 73 milliard 709 million, 551 thousand 615, which is approximately 700 thousand million tonnes.
