From a Software User's Perspective I believe that this is reiterated every time Microsoft release a new Windows Version or Service Pack. If you don't like it you can always stick to your fully functional current Operating System. I know of a few people who still use Windows 98. I c...

Win32 E-Books Sources Needed additionally you could try winprog.org. Which is also a gem. MSDN is also full of examples and source code. The question is of course, do you understand programming enough to understand Windows Programming?
