Yesterday, February 17, Team Legends emerged as the winner of EA’s Best of the Battlefield, the video game tournament played on Xbox for Battlefield 2: Modern Combat. The 10-member team claimed the grand prize of $250,000 - $25,000 for each team member. The massive tournament began in November and featured one of the largest prize purses of any video game tournament in history – more than $300,000. Over 200+ hopeful teams (10 players each) registered and went head-to-head for a spot in the finals.
