A patch for The Regiment has been released, bringing this tense and accurate simulation of close quarters combat to v1.01 (thanks: The Patches Scrolls). Designed in collaboration with former S.A.S. staff instructor Rhett Butle and based on Unreal engine, The Regiment features single player campaigns based on a variety of historical and fictional scenarios (including a recreation of the Iranian Embassy Siege of 1980), real-time ordering system, high realism AI, various multiplayer game modes and more.
