You have to register your product after purchase. Sometimes upgrade
of your harware/software may cause the product to function as
unregistered version. All you need to do is to register if once
again free of charge, once you originally purchased directly from us.
Follow process described in your registration letter.

without a credit card?
You can purchase our products also using Check, Money Orders,
phone and fax requests. See payment options at product's billing page,
or inside downloaded demo/trial.

No. You are charged once and own product forever. Consequent technical support
and ability to reinstall product are free.
